We offer free shipping on orders over $50 throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. You may choose a faster, expedited shipping option at your expense, but our standard processing time will still apply. Optional expedited shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of a return.

U.S. orders will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Final delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen shipping delays with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, stolen or damaged packages, or packages that are lost due to incorrect or insufficient address or delivery information.

We currently offer international shipping to Canada. We hope to ship to additional countries in the future!

Orders over $250 USD shipped to Canada will receive free shipping. Any orders below this minimum spend threshold will pay for shipping at their own expense. International orders may only have tracking available in certain areas. Please contact your local carrier for more information.

Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for return. However, we want our international customers to feel comfortable trying our products, so we will do our best to allow a one-time exception to the final sale rule on a case-by-case basis for our new international customers placing their first order. We recommend that you place a small first order if you are an international customer trying our brand for the first time, as we will be unable to accommodate international return one-time exceptions on orders over $100 USD. Our standard return policy will still apply.

International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees that may apply to the order, either from customs, your financial institution, or any other source. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or delays for any international orders. All international shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

Please keep in mind that international shipping times will vary, as it can take significant time for packages to clear customs. We are unable to advise on how long it will take for international packages to clear customs or any amounts that may be owed.

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable domestic packages will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including shipping costs paid for by Little Popp Crew to provide the customer with free shipping, and are subject to a $15 USD undeliverable fee, all of which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like for your order to be re-shipped to the correct address, you will be required to pay for all of the fees, including the new re-shipping cost, prior to your package being re-shipped.

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable international packages will be responsible for all shipping, taxes, fees, and duties costs incurred, including shipping costs paid for by Little Popp Crew to provide the customer with free shipping, and are subject to a $15 USD undeliverable fee, all of which will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for refunding any fees charged by your financial institution. 

In the event of a return, any shipping fees paid by the customer will not be refunded. Additionally, there is a $7 return label fee for returns being refunded to the original payment method, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived if you choose to receive a refund for store credit. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund, regardless of refund method. Please note that purchases made with store credit are not eligible for returns.
