If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items that you purchased directly from www.littlepoppcrew.com within 14 days from the original order date. Items purchased from other sources are not eligible for return. All purchases made with store credit, international orders, sale items, purchases made with a discount code over 20%, pre-orders, and purchases of gift cards are considered final sale and may not be returned. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES.
We want our international customers to feel comfortable trying our products, so we will do our best to allow a one-time exception to the final sale rule, on a case-by-case basis, for our new international customers placing their first order. We recommend that you place a small first order if you are an international customer trying our brand for the first time, as we will be unable to accommodate international return one-time exceptions on orders over $100 USD.
Returns can be refunded to the original payment method or for store credit. There is a $7 return label fee for returns refunded to the original payment method, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived if you choose to receive a refund for store credit. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund, regardless of refund method. Purchases made with store credit are not eligible for returns. Expedited and international shipping fees will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any transaction fees charged to you by your financial institution, nor will they be refunded by us.
Purchases of gift cards are final sale. Purchases made with gift cards are eligible for return but will be refunded to store credit. Purchases made with store credit are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition in which they were received. This means that all items must be unworn, unwashed, have all tags intact and attached, and be in their original packaging.
If items are returned to us not in the original condition as described in this policy, the customer will not be refunded. The customer will be required to pay all shipping fees incurred, including the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee, in order to have the item shipped back to them. The same will apply to all international orders, sale items, and items purchased with store credit that are returned back to us, regardless of the condition of the items.
If eligible, please follow the steps provided through the link below. Once approved, please package your items in the original packaging if possible. Print and secure the label, then drop the package off with your local carrier.
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll receive your refund, minus any expedited or international shipping and return label fees, to your original payment method or store credit, depending on which option you selected during the return process.
We will inspect and process all returns within 7-10 business days of their arrival at Little Popp Crew. Please note that refund processing times will vary depending on your financial institution and the payment method used.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality, but occasionally, issues may arise during the manufacturing or shipping process. Please reach out to us at customerservice@littlepoppcrew.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Although we cannot guarantee that we will have a replacement item in stock, we will do our best to make things right. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We are unable to accommodate any damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent if more than 14 days have passed since your original order date.
