Most items are eligible for return, provided they are unworn, unwashed, have all tags intact and attached, and are in their original packaging. Eligible items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
Final Sale Items: Due to health and sanitary reasons, we are not able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for blankets, bedding, sheets, or pillowcases.
If items are returned to us not in their original condition as described in the full return policy, the customer will not be refunded. The customer will be required to pay all shipping fees incurred, including the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee, in order to have the item shipped back to them. The same will apply to all international orders, sale items, and items purchased with store credit that are returned back to us, regardless of the condition of the items.
*All purchases made with store credit, international orders, sale items, purchases made with a discount code over 20%, pre-orders, and purchases of gift cards are considered final sale and may not be returned. We do not offer exchanges.
