Thank you for considering pre-ordering a product from Little Popp Crew. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for general sale. Please carefully read and understand the following pre-order terms and conditions:

Product Availability and Shipping Dates:
Pre-order availability and estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including manufacturing delays or changes in production schedules. While we strive to provide accurate release dates, please note that they are only estimates and may be adjusted as necessary.

Payment and Charges:
Payments for pre-ordered items are processed at the time of order placement, not at the time of shipment. No discounts, sales prices, credits, or any other adjustments will be allowed after your order is placed.

Shipping Fees, Customs Fees, Taxes, and Duties:
You will be charged all applicable U.S. fees and taxes at the time of your order being placed, not at the time of shipping. We have no control over, nor can we advise on, when or how much you will be charged for any other international-related fees.

Price Adjustments:
Price adjustments for pre-ordered items are not permitted. The price of the item at the time of pre-order placement is the price you will be charged for the item.

Pre-Order and Ready-to-Ship Items:
If your pre-order includes any ready-to-ship items, all items will be shipped once the pre-ordered items arrive. If you need your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place separate orders. Any orders that contain ready-to-ship items with pre-order items will NOT be allowed to request cancellations or modifications for ANY reason.

Partial Shipments:
If your pre-order includes multiple items, we may ship available items first, followed by the remaining items once they are in stock, at our discretion.

Shipping Address Modifications:
You are responsible for keeping your shipping address and contact information up-to-date. If orders are returned, lost, or damaged due to customer information not being updated prior to shipping, our standard policies and fees will apply. You can read more about them here.

Order Modifications:
Changes to your pre-order, such as size or color adjustments, may be made before the item is shipped only if extra inventory is available. Please contact our customer support team to request modifications.

Pre-Order Returns:
Since pre-orders are specifically ordering for your exact needs, WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS ON PRE-ORDERED ITEMS FOR ANY REASON. Please keep this in mind before placing any orders containing pre-order items.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations are NOT allowed for pre-ordered items. Refunds will only be given in the event that we are unable to fulfill items due to either an inventory issue or a delay extending 14 days past the estimated shipping date. In the case of the latter, you must notify us via email at customerservice@littlepoppcrew.com with a request to cancel PRIOR to your order being shipped. We are unable to allow cancellations or refunds for ANY REASON once your order has shipped.

No Order Fulfillment Guarantee:
We will make every effort to fulfill pre-orders promptly. However, in the event that a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
